The 12-Day Fibre Reset is a science-backed programme designed to add the right types of fibre to your diet. Over 12 days, you’ll gently increase your fibre intake every three days using three of the most well-tolerated fibre sources, and connect with a supportive community every step of the way.
How It Works
1. Structured Weekly Ramp-Up
Each week you’ll introduce one extra teaspoon of fibre per day. By day 12, you’ll be enjoying four teaspoons of fibre daily; enough to make a meaningful impact on digestive comfort and regularity without overwhelming your system.
- Day 1-3: 1 tsp per day
- Day 4-6: 2 tsp per day
- Day 7-9: 3 tsp per day
- Day 10-12: 4 tsp per day
2. Expert-Curated Fibre Blend
Your daily teaspoon combines three IBS friendly fibres:
- Psyllium Husk: Soluble gel-forming fibre that soothes bowel movements
- Acacia Fibre: Gentle prebiotic support for healthy gut bacteria
- Sunfiber®(PHGG): prebiotic fibre shown to reduce bloating
These fibres are clinically recognised for their tolerability in IBS and deliver both symptom relief and long-term digestive support.
3. Daily Check-Ins via WhatsApp
Each morning, receive a quick prompt in our private WhatsApp group. Share your symptom score (0–10) and any questions. Our community of fellow challengers provides real-time encouragement, tips, and troubleshooting.
