Eat Fibre, Feel Better

Low FODMAP

Ingredients have been chosen carefully to ensure they are low FODMAP. A low FODMAP diet is less likely to cause digestive discomfort in those with sensitive digestion.

Contains Prebiotics

Many sources of prebiotic fibre can also aggravate sensitive tummies. We use acacia fibre, a gentle prebiotic fibre which feeds beneficial gut bacteria without the discomfort.

Gluten Free Oats

Made with gluten-free oats. All natural ingredients, no nasties, no shortcuts. All sugar naturally from fruit.

Clear glass bowl with oatmeal and a gold spoon on a white surface

How To Tailor Your Bowl

In the evening, add 50g (around 5 heaped tbsp) to a jar or bowl.

Pour in 150ml of your favourite milk or plant-based alternative.

Stir gently, seal, and let it rest overnight in the fridge.

In the morning, it will be a delicious healthy breakfast, ready to eat as it is.

(Prefer it warm? Heat gently on the hob or in the microwave)

The Make-Up

Ingredients

Wholegrain gluten-free porridge oats (86%), quinoa flakes, acacia fibre, Ceylon cinnamon, ginger powder, cardamom powder, Himalayan pink salt

Why these ingredients?

Gluten-Free Oats

Rich in beta-glucan, a soluble fibre that supports heart health and helps regulate blood sugar.

Keeps you feeling full and sustained for longer.

Fun fact: Beta-glucan is so powerful that it’s approved for cholesterol-lowering health claims in the UK and EU.

Quinoa Flakes

Naturally gluten free and a source of plant-based protein and minerals.

Add lightness and a subtle nutty flavour to the blend.

Fun fact: Quinoa was called the “mother of all grains” by the Incas, who prized it for its nourishment.

Acacia Fibre

A gentle prebiotic fibre that feeds beneficial gut bacteria.

Helps increase fibre intake without bloating, ideal for sensitive digestion.

Fun fact: Harvested from the sap of the acacia tree, this fibre has been used in traditional foods for centuries.

Ceylon Cinnamon

Known as “true cinnamon,” with a sweeter, more delicate flavour than cassia cinnamon.

Supports flavour balance while adding natural warmth and aroma.

Fun fact: Cinnamon was once considered more precious than gold in ancient trade.

Ginger Powder

Provides gentle heat and digestive comfort.

Contains natural compounds with anti-inflammatory properties.

Fun fact: Ginger has been used in traditional medicine for over 2,000 years to aid digestion.

Cardamom Powder

Adds a fragrant, citrusy sweetness that defines authentic chai spice.

Pairs beautifully with cinnamon and ginger for depth and harmony.

Fun fact: Cardamom is known as the “Queen of Spices” and is one of the world’s oldest traded spices.

Himalayan Pink Salt

Enhances flavour while providing trace minerals such as potassium and magnesium.

Balances the natural sweetness of oats and spices.

Fun fact: Its pink hue comes from mineral content — a sign of its ancient origins deep within the Himalayas
