Low FODMAP

Ingredients have been chosen carefully to ensure they are low FODMAP. A low FODMAP diet is less likely to cause digestive discomfort in those with sensitive digestion.

Contains Prebiotics

Many sources of prebiotic fibre can also aggravate sensitive tummies. We use acacia fibre, a gentle prebiotic fibre which feeds beneficial gut bacteria without the discomfort.

Gluten Free Oats

Made with gluten-free oats. All natural ingredients, no nasties, no shortcuts. All sugar naturally from fruit.

How To Tailor Your Bowl

In the evening, add 50g (around 5 heaped tbsp) to a jar or bowl.

Pour in 150ml of your favourite milk or plant-based alternative.

Stir gently, seal, and let it rest overnight in the fridge.

In the morning, dress it up: fresh fruit, a drizzle of honey, or simply as is
