How to Sprout Broccoli Seeds:
1. Rinse: Place 2–3 tablespoons of seeds in a jar, rinse thoroughly, and drain.
2. Soak: Cover the seeds with water and let them soak for 8–12 hours.
3. Drain and Rinse: After soaking, drain the water and rinse the seeds well. Turn the jar upside down at an angle to allow excess water to escape.
4. Repeat: Rinse and drain the seeds twice daily for 4–6 days. Watch as the sprouts grow, turning into tender shoots.
5. Harvest: Once the sprouts are 2–3 inches long, rinse them one final time, pat dry, and store them in the fridge for up to a week.
