What is The Fibre Plan?
Increasing fibre intake too quickly can cause bloating, gas, and discomfort. The Fibre Plan helps you gradually increase your intake of fibre-enriched foods over the course of a month to enjoy the benefits of fibre without the side effects.
The Fibre Plan contains 4 pouches, one for each week. Every week, you’ll increase the amount of fibre you add to your food each day. This slow approach ensures you get the benefits of foods with high fibre, without overwhelming your digestive system.

How to use

Once you've completed The Fibre Plan, you can move onto the Maintenance Pouch to continue increasing fibre in your diet, ensuring long-term digestive support.
