What is The Fibre Plan?

Increasing fibre intake too quickly can cause bloating, gas, and discomfort. The Fibre Plan increases your fibre intake gradually over a month to get the benefits of fibre without the side effects.

How does it work?

The Fibre Plan contains 4 pouches, 1 for each week. Every week, you will increase the amount of fibre you add to your food each day.

  • 1 teaspoon in week 1
  • 2 teaspoons in week 2
  • 3 teaspoons in week 3
  • 4 teaspoons in week 4

A blend of natural prebiotic, soluble and insoluble fibres designed to restore a balanced gut.

Chicory Root Fibre

Chicory Root Fibre (Inulin): acts as an effective prebiotic, selectively nourishing beneficial gut bacteria like bifidobacteria. This fosters a healthier gut microbiome, which can improve digestion and enhance nutrient absorption.

Inulin contributes to normal bowel function by increasing stool frequency. Beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 10g inulin.

Psyllium Husk

A soluble fibre powerhouse that forms a gentle gel, helping to regulate bowel movements, ease constipation, and maintain healthy gut transit time.

Chia Seeds

Rich in both soluble and insoluble fibres, these tiny seeds absorb water to create a soothing gel that supports hydration and digestive comfort.

Ground Flaxseed

A rich source of insoluble fibre, flaxseed supports healthy bowel movements by adding bulk to stools and promoting regularity.

This carefully formulated blend of soluble, insoluble, and prebiotic fibres supports regular digestion and helps maintain a healthy, balanced gut environment.

Add fibre to anything. With a natural taste, you can add fibre to anything. We love mixing it into overnight oats, yoghurt, or smoothies.

What happens after the plan?

After the plan, you can move onto The Fibre Plan Maintenance Pouch, which contains the same ingredients. You can maintain, or increase your fibre intake using the Maintenance Pouch.
