What is The Fibre Plan?
Increasing fibre intake too quickly can cause bloating, gas, and discomfort. The Fibre Plan increases your fibre intake gradually over a month to get the benefits of fibre without the side effects.
The Fibre Plan contains 4 pouches, 1 for each week. Every week, you'll increase the amount of fibre you add to your food each day.

After The Fibre Plan, you can move onto the Maintenance Pouch to continue increasing fibre in your diet.
