How To Tailor Your Bowl
For overnight oats: In the evening, add 50g (around 5 heaped tbsp) to a jar or bowl.
Pour in 150ml of your favourite milk or plant-based alternative.
Stir gently, seal, and let it rest overnight in the fridge.
In the morning, it'll be ready to eat as it is.
For porridge: heat in the microwave or hob for 2 1/2 minutes.
