Eat Fibre, Feel Better

Contains Prebiotics

Contains prebiotic inulin to feed beneficial gut bacteria. The recipe balances prebiotic fibre, insoluble and soluble fibre to nourish your microbiome and keep digestion running smoothly.

Only Natural Ingredients

Made with 100% real ingredients. No nasties, no shortcuts. All sugar naturally from fruit.

Effortless Nutrition, Every Morning

12 servings. £8. That’s 67p a day to feed your second brain. A healthy habit you can get behind.

How To Tailor Your Bowl

In the evening, add 50g (around 5 heaped tbsp) to an overnight oats jar or bowl.

Pour in 150ml of your favourite milk or plant-based alternative.

Stir gently, seal, and let it rest overnight in the fridge.

In the morning, dress it up: fresh fruit, a drizzle of honey, or simply as is

(Prefer it warm? Heat gently on the hob or in the microwave)

THE TAILOR'S NOTE

Combining the science of gut health with the human psychology of habit building is a powerful tool to transform your health.

Every ingredient in this recipe has purpose and each recipe is handmade to order.

The Make-Up

Ingredients

wholegrain gluten-free porridge oats, redskin apple pieces (10%), chopped dates (rice flour), currants (sunflower oil), sunflower seeds, chia seeds (Salvia hispanica), pumpkin seeds, Ceylon cinnamon (0.8%), acacia fibre

Why these ingredients?

Porridge Oats

Rich in beta-glucan, a soluble fibre that supports heart health and feeds beneficial gut bacteria.

Helps regulate blood sugar and keeps you full for longer.

Fun fact: Beta-glucan is so powerful that it's approved for cholesterol-lowering health claims in the UK and EU!

Ceylon Cinnamon

Helps balance blood sugar levels and has anti-inflammatory properties.

Fun fact: Ceylon cinnamon is known as "true cinnamon" and has a sweeter, more delicate flavour than common cassia cinnamon.

Chia Seeds

Packed with soluble fibre to support digestion and gut motility.

A great source of omega-3 fatty acids, known to reduce inflammation and support brain health.

Fun fact: Chia seeds can absorb up to 12 times their weight in water, creating a natural gel that helps with hydration!

Apple (Redskin Pieces)

Rich in pectin, a prebiotic fibre that supports the growth of beneficial gut bacteria.

High in quercetin, an antioxidant that helps fight inflammation.

Fun fact: Most of an apple’s fibre is in the skin - that’s why we use redskin apple pieces!

Acacia Fibre

A natural prebiotic fibre that feeds good gut bacteria and supports digestive health.

Fun fact: acacia fibre is so well‑tolerated that human studies have given people up to around 40 grams per day with minimal gas or bloating, which is unusually gentle compared with many other prebiotic fibres.

Sunflower Seeds

A crunchy contrast full of vitamin E, an antioxidant that supports skin and cell health.

Provides healthy fats and plant protein to keep you satisfied.

Fun fact: Just a small handful of sunflower seeds can deliver most of your daily vitamin E needs, and studies link regular seed intake to lower LDL cholesterol and better blood pressure control.

Pumpkin Seeds

A crunchy, nutrient-dense seed rich in magnesium, zinc, and plant protein to support energy, immunity, and muscle function.

Provides healthy fats and insoluble fibre that add bulk to stools and help keep digestion regular.

Fun fact: Pumpkin seeds are one of the best natural sources of magnesium - a mineral involved in over 300 enzyme reactions in the body!

Chopped Dates

Naturally sweet pieces that deliver quick, sustained energy alongside a good dose of dietary fibre.

Their fibre helps slow carbohydrate absorption, supporting steadier blood sugar levels and feeding beneficial gut bacteria.

Fun fact: Dates are so fibre-rich that studies show they can improve bowel regularity and are safe for people with diabetes when eaten in moderation.

Currants

Tiny dried grapes packed with polyphenol antioxidants and both soluble and insoluble fibre.

These compounds help protect cells from oxidative stress and support a balanced gut microbiome for smoother digestion.

Fun fact: Currants have been shown to possess anti-inflammatory activity and may help reduce markers of oxidative stress in the gut.

Allergy Advice

For allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold and underlined. Produced in a kitchen that handles all 14 allergens: peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, soya, sesame, celery, mustard, lupin, sulphur dioxide, and cereals containing gluten.

These porridge oats are great. Much better than more processed versions… much less sugar. I prepare it with almond milk, some seeds and nuts, and some assorted berries. Great taste and much better for you. Also bought the nut version. Yummy!
