Add fibre to anything. With a natural taste, you can add fibre to anything. We love mixing it into overnight oats, yoghurt, or smoothies.
What happens after the plan?
After the plan, you can move onto Maintenance Pouch, which contains the same ingredients. You can maintain, or increase your fibre intake using the Maintenance Pouch. Just select the After Plan option. If you subscribe, you'll be sent the Maintenance Pouch automatically.
